The City of Rochester created a website to help businesses in the city recover from the effects of the COVID-19 shutdown.
Wednesday the city launched “JumpStartingROC.com”
Businesses that want to open for outdoor dining can find the permit applications and instructions on the website.
The city says it expects to be able to process completed applications as quickly as possible.
